‘Ultimate Canadians’ trek 2-hours in blizzard for a cup of Tim Hortons

New Brunswick was recently hit with a blizzard but we who are addicted to Tim Hortons will push through to get our fix.

Take buddies Darryl Shulz and Chris Moore from Fredericton who trekked through 75 centimetres of snow to score a delicious cup of Timmies. According to a report by the CBC, the duo started off walking to their local Tim Hortons around 10:00 am Monday.

“‘We could make that, it’s walkable,'” Shulz said. “It’s only a couple of kilometres… It was really bad out.”

Shulz and Moore dressed up in ski gear with goggles and the adventure lasted 2-hours. At the end, success. “‘We had to drink it out in the snowbank because it was too hot,” says Moore.

Unfortunately, both cups failed to win anything from Roll up the Rim to Win.

“The walk back was rather terrible,” said Moore.
