Tims created a video to promote the “Timmy Run” service. This stores all your orders online, but more specifically all your personal info which is incredibly valuable to the marketing team at Tim Hortons.
In this video there’s an animated guy named Ron who basically doesn’t know how to say no. He was incredibly pleased to learn about TimmyRun – a service that makes your coffee run easier. “All he had to do was to get everyone in the office to register, input their favourite beverages and how they like them.” I don’t know about you but I have a hard time getting people to respond to emails, let alone getting everyone in the office to take a couple minutes to hand over their info and favorite Timmy beverage. However, it’s a step in the right direction, especially for ‘Ron.’
