Tim Hortons builds a replica of ‘Store No. 1’ in downtown Toronto, celebrates its 50th Anniversary

It was back to 1964 today at the Yonge-Dundas Square in Toronto this morning. Tim Hortons celebrated its 50th Anniversary — official birthday is May 17th — and they completely took over the concrete corner by decorating it with a throwback to yesteryear with a replica of “Store No. 1.” Swivel chairs, pies, tables, menu boards, clocks were all present, as well as a full-blown museum of all the old-school Tim Hortons packaging.
