The Birthday Cake donut was handed out for free on May 17th, which was Tim Hortons 50th birthday. This was supposed to be a one-time experience but it now seems the life of the Birthday Cake donut has been extended!

Apparently, Tim Hortons restaurants are selling the festive donut and will do so for the next month. The cost, as pictured below, is like any other donut at $0.99. Would have been cooler if Timmies discounted this particular donut to $0.50 to celebrate its age.
