Another car smashes into a Kitchener Tim Hortons

Whoa! Kitchener is a magnet for Tim Hortons car crashes!

Earlier this week a 60-year old drove into a Tim Hortons in Kitchener and caused $100,000 worth of damage. Reports are surfacing that another Timmies location in the KW area was met head on with a vehicle. Apparently the accident took place early this morning at the Tim Hortons location on 1426 Weber Street East when a female driver accidentally accelerated and smashed into the building.

It’s estimated the damages will cost about $40,000, but this time the elderly male passenger was taken to hospital with back pain and injuries to his forehead. Ouch. Strawberry makes everything feel better… feed him one of those new Strawberry Shortcake muffins.

No charges are expected to be laid.

I'm obsessed with Tim Hortons. It runs through my veins and I've probably spent enough money downing Steeped Tea's that I could have purchased my own franchise.
