Tim Hortons has been named as one of Canada’s “Most Influential Brands” by Institute of Communication Agencies (ICA) and Ipsos Reid. The Canadian icon came in eighth spot and is the only food service company to make the list. Tim Hortons actually slipped two spots from last year.
Steve Levy, Chief Operating Officer at Ipsos Reid in Canada, stated the 2014 rankings were distinguished by five key dimensions, including Corporate Citizenship, Engagement, Leading Edge, Presence, and Trustworthiness.
The study was conducted in December 2014 of an online survey of 5,708 adult residents of Canada.
