Inside a Tim Hortons: “The deer just jumped in the window and out the exit door”

Animals are curious creatures. Tim Hortons makes everyone go crazy every now and then. We’ve seen a plethora of horses and even a baby goat swing by a local Timmies.

The latest to frolic to the best place on earth is a Chatham-based deer who decided it was best to jump through a window at the Tim Hortons. “The deer just jumped in the window and out the exit door,” said manager Kim Boersma, who was in the kitchen when the deer caused the commotion at 8 a.m. “I just heard the smash of glass.”

Apparently the nameless deer didn’t seem hurt as it ran away. No one was injured and the estimated damage was about $1,000.

I'm obsessed with Tim Hortons. It runs through my veins and I've probably spent enough money downing Steeped Tea's that I could have purchased my own franchise.
