Man who threw a snake at a Tim Hortons employees charged with six months of probation

Remember the genius that walked into aSaskatoon Tim Hortons in and chucked a garter snake at one of the glorious Timmies baristas?

Well, the 21-year-old is named Christopher Jordan Cook and has been charged with six months of probation for mischief and causing a disturbance and also received a conditional, which means he will have no criminal record. In addition, Cook also has to pay $500 — which is a great deal of Tim Hortons.

Cook’s legal rep stated he wrote an apology letter to Tim Hortons and was generous and also decided to donate $500 to a local charity. The snake was named Outlaw by the police and now lives in an animal sanctuary.

I'm obsessed with Tim Hortons. It runs through my veins and I've probably spent enough money downing Steeped Tea's that I could have purchased my own franchise.
