Tim Hortons unveils new Limited Batch Sumatran Coffee, currently available in Vancouver

Big new for those in Vancouver as Timmies is rolling out a new batch of coffee in the area. The “Limited Batch Sumatran Coffee” is described as “a full body, bold roast with earthy complex flavours.”

Tim Hortons notes that the Limited Batch Sumatran Coffee is available starting today for six weeks and is part of a new initiative that will bring “custom roasted in limited batches” to “select test cities for a limited time.” You might remember the Limited Batch Colombian Three Peaks from last year.

“A growing number of our Guests have appetites for discovery and variety, and see coffee as an affordable adventure,” says David Clanachan, President and Chief Operating Officer, Tim Hortons Canada. “Our new Limited Batch Sumatran Coffee is the latest offering in our expanding coffee portfolio. With the highly successful launch of Dark Roast last year – over a million cups served since it launched – it’s evident Canadians are interested in trying new coffee blends from Tim Hortons.”

The coffee experts at Timmies said “Vancouver will be the first in the country to taste” and will most likely rollout to other areas of Canada.

I'm obsessed with Tim Hortons. It runs through my veins and I've probably spent enough money downing Steeped Tea's that I could have purchased my own franchise.
