Man robs Tim Hortons and gets away with a “bunch of cash”

Another day, another robbery at a local Tim Hortons.

Here’s the latest: Peel police are searching for a man who stormed into a Tim Hortons on Hurontario Street — in the Port Credit neighbourhood — around 5 a.m. through a back door. Apparently he “grabbed a bunch of cash” and when he was confronted by employees he grabbed a knife and used its powers to flee the best place on Earth.

According to the report, the man is “in his late 20s, medium build, wearing a black hoodie, black pants, black Nike shoes and a bandana. He fled on foot with a black garbage bag and knife in hand.”

Hopefully there is budget within Tim Hortons quarterly earning to beef up security. If you have any info on this unfortunate incident, call investigators at 905-453-2121, ext. 1233.

I'm obsessed with Tim Hortons. It runs through my veins and I've probably spent enough money downing Steeped Tea's that I could have purchased my own franchise.
