A man’s best friend has been stolen outside a Tim Hortons.
This report from the Hamilton Police, stating, “Dog stolen outside of store.”
On Saturday November 14, 2015, the owner of a small blonde Shiatsu dog walked to a Tim Hortons shortly after 11 AM on Main Street East in Hamilton. The owner left the dog tied to a pole for a short period of time, while they purchased coffee. While inside, a male suspect drove up on a bicycle and stole the dog, leaving the leash behind.
The suspect is described as a white male. He is approximately 5’7”-5’8” tall with a medium build and a light brown beard. At the time of the offence, he was wearing blue sweatpants, a grey hooded sweatshirt and a red baseball cap. The suspect approached and ultimately made good his escape on a yellow and black mountain bicycle.
The dog is still currently missing and responds to the name “Lucy.”
